9. Fast Secure Contact Form – I learned that sharing your email address publicly is not such a good idea because of so many spammers out there crawling websites harvesting email addresses. This plugin allows your visitors to send you an email directly from your blog and protects you from spam messages.

10. TinyMCE Advanced – Ever felt frustrated not being able to format your text the way you want it? Then you will be amazed with this plugin, it lets you format your font size and family, paragraphing space and much more just like you do in Microsoft Word!

Peter was particularly a bit sad and thoughtful this morning.  He was slumped on the couch hurt sad and lonely.  The woman he was currently dating told him that she was done. I asked him, “Peter, what is it that you want now?” He said, “I want to be in committed relationship. I want to have kids and get married.”

I said, “No you don’t.”  The words came as a surprise to Peter who objected, “How can you say that, that is what I really want and I know I am ready.”

I said, “Peter, that might be what you feel you should be doing, or maybe it is on some level what you have always imagined for yourself, but your behavior does not equal up to that outcome.” He anxiously replied, “How so?”

“Peter” I said, “Imagine you are a trainer and a client begins with you by saying that they want to get in great shape, but the client didn’t want to change his or her diet or work out regularly. What would you think?” Peter replied, “I would think the client was being unrealistic and that they could never get in shape that way.”

“Peter” I said, “Do you think that your behavior is matching the results you say you want?

That is the question I have for everyone, do your actions match the results you say you want? I have clients each and every day tell me what they want.  Regardless of what people say they want, if behavior does not equal getting those results then the change will not materialize.  I often find that people know what they should do to create changes that they want, but do not apply the action.

I was recently testing the responsiveness of my mailing lists. And I came to the conclusion that leads from my double opt-in list are more responsive than the ones in my single opt-in list. So I decided to write this short post to explain the difference between those two kinds of opt-in mailing lists and why you should prefer double opt-in for your email marketing campaign.

We have to kinds of mailings lists:

- Single opt-in where emails are not confirmed before being added to a mailing list. That means that your visitor can subscribe to your list quickly but also anybody can submit a misleading email address or one which is not their own and be automatcally added to that list.

- Double opt-in on the other hand requires that email addresses are confirmed before being added to a mailing list. An autoresponder service will send a request for confirmation to the email address that was submitted and the owner of that email account must click on the activation link to confirm their request for being added to that mailing list.

Double opt-in contributes to keep your email list clean and responsive. That because people who subscribed to your list had to confirm their interest in being added to your list twice and they confirmed that they are the real owners of the email address which was submitted.

That will prevent you from malicious subscriptions and false spam complaints. When using double opt-in you are acting accordingly to the CAN-SPAM act.

Today I want to share this  post created by my good friend Janet Legere that explains clearly what a Funded Sponsoring System is and how it works.

What is a Funded Sponsoring System?

Funded Sponsoring is a way to “fund” your online advertising.  A Funded System offers programs that pay commissions.  Most funded systems offer training on how to advertise the system.   A good funded system will generate cash flow without a large investment of cash on your end.  Most funded systems offer a free membership and an upgraded membership.  Most funded systems also pay a commission on referrals to the system.  When your referrals join and upgrade, you earn a commission and this commission helps “fund” your online marketing.
